Mama Millie Wins KTLA Easter Pie Challenge!
When it comes to Easter dessert, pie immediately comes to mind. That’s why it was only natural that KTLA Los Angeles Morning News host their KTLA pie challenge on Sunday. Needless to say, Mama Millie’s pie was a huge success! She even brought along her good friend, first customer, and neighbor Hutch to attest to how yummy her pies were, but it turns out the delicious taste spoke for itself! The contest was hosted by weekend anchors Chris Burrous and Wendy Burch, with judges Ashley Paige and Ryan Fox of radio station Country 105. It was a lot of fun, especially seeing Wendy’s face light up with delight at her first bite of delicious sweet potato pie! She was so thrilled in fact that Hutch earned himself a kiss at the end of the day!

Ryan also made the comment, "Oh wow, it's like Thanksgiving all over again!" when he had his slice of pie. And a good Thanksgiving dessert makes for a GREAT Easter desert!
